"Knowledgeable, thorough, honest, and fair. I had an oil change done by a third party in Frankfort, KY before driving to Brighton, MI. When I arrived at the hotel in Brighton, my car was making an awful noise. Checked the oil and there wasn't a drop on the stick. Called Bob's and they got me back on the road in very little time without gouging my wallet. They took the time to diagnose the root cause of the leak and explain it all to me. I made it back to KY with no incident. Many thanks to the guys at Bob's in Brighton!"

"Bob’s was very friendly, helpful and fair. I am a single woman and a Senior citizen that does not know much about cars. My guy friends who know about cars are very impressed with the work they have done for me. They told me of other things they saw that needed to be done but not right away and gave me a quote and a timeline. As for pricing, I personally thought they were high, but I am old and think EVERYTHING should be cheaper! lol My guy friends said that while they were probably not cheapest, they were very fair in their pricing and also very good at their job! I highly recommend them!"
