"Horrible customer service. They take customers for granted and give the bare minimum. The owner Peter doesn’t provide customer service when there is a problem, he argues with customers. They barely massage your hands or feet when it is supposed to be part of the service. I was willing to put up with that and the lack of customer service but after seeing ooor treatment multiple times of regular customers I said no more. There are so many other nail salons, no need to spend my money where the service is terrible."

"I don't usually go here but decided to go today since I was in the area and needed a quick polish change. The guy that did my nails painted them so low that it looks like my nails were done a week ago. It's almost as if they do it on purpose to make you come back sooner because that means more $$$ in their pockets. Also the guy somehow cured a black speck of dirt onto my thumb nail and when I asked him to fix it he pretended he couldn't see it so I showed the lady next to him and she said "it's too hard to fix" and brushed me off. Very rude staff. They don't care about the end results just want to finish and get the next person in their chair to make more money. Won't be going back."

"Extremely sloppy job. My cuticles are covered in paint and dip powder. Corners of my nails are so sharp they are getting caught on everything. No base coat was applied so getting this off will be a nightmare and the nails feel extremely thin for dip powder. I had to ask for a 3rd coat…two coats of dip and no base coat is cheap and not up to standard. I was also expected to put the oil on my cuticles myself? Bubbles in nails as well. My hands are covered in paint from the color they took off. Additionally, everything there was COVERED in nail dust. Not a days worth of nail dust, looks like they’ve never cleaned and discarded/leftover drinks were sitting everywhere. Signs saying masks required was not followed by staff or most patrons. 2 stars seems generous."

"Have been coming to this salon for the last 4 years. I don’t go in for anything special. Just mani & pedicure plain polish. Service is great, staff are very friendly and kind. Just came after they remodeled and it is very beautiful. They are very clean and sterile. The tech today was very helpful in selecting my shade. The new seats are very comfortable and pleasing to the eye. Would recommend. Didn’t give 5 full stars because they don’t really spend time on giving the foot massage or the hand massage- it’s very quick you don’t really get time to enjoy it. Also the hot towels I wish they would keep them on a bit longer. The time I came in it wasn’t busy, so no need to rush. But overall great experience."
