"Was given a gift certificate used it .Was very pleased with the manicure. Canceled an appointment and rescheduled a 2nd appointment early in the morning . I requested a specific time and that I wanted. When I arrived the wait time was minimal. My manicure was beautiful. I was issued a 2nd gift certificate for the balance of the gift certificate. I'd definitely go back. Call ahead to make a appointment. I'm sure they take walk ins but there would be a wait"

"I was recommended to this place, and when I came in I was like thinking it’s lovely. It was when I sat down and they did a botch job —-and like someone said this one lady was really rude. Basically telling me if I don’t want service (which is not what I had said or even implied at all) then the lady has other appointments? I’m not sure how a simple conversation about what to do with my broken nail turned into I don’t want service? Yes, I didn’t want another acrylic after the painful experience I had a few weeks ago. Instead of trying to gain my business she was basically telling me the conversation is wasting her time. Then my nails came out terrible, I’m disappointed. I’m not sure I would come back here."
