"I took my car up there for noise in the engine. After TWO MONTHS they finally gave me my car after I had to bug them about it. I had to go up there multiple times cause they never answer or call back. Come to find out after TWO MONTHS they didn’t fix anything all they did was put oil in it. It broke back down an hour later I took it to a different mechanic who had it fixed in 3 days. Shoutout Mike at the Sunoco on 13 and crooks. These guys are a joke."

"Rush has to be the worst business I've ever delt with. It took them over 5 months to do a repair and the vehicle came back worse then it arrived. They took a $500 deposit from my in laws in April saying it would be done in a week. When I went in on Aug. 3rd, I was lied to by Louis, the manager, that it would be done the following Tuesday. 3 weeks later after several lied about deadlines and never starting the work, they finally replaced the clutch. I picked up the car. Lower control arm bushings blowen out on both sides that he didn't tell me about until we were there. Tire leaking air, he blamed on dry rot. Even though it was at the bead and they are only a year old. They tried to cover it up with some fix a flat leaking out. 2 safty issues that they should not let customers drive on without signing liability away at minimum. Glove box latch broke and you can see they tried to glue it. Drivers seat is broken, I'm assuming his anger problems and lack of control broke that. Louie shipped out the car because they weren't competent enough to repair it after taking a deposit, then blamed the delay on no one wanting to work on it. I asked several times to just have the vehicle returned to us and the $500 returned. He refused or threatened that it would be returned in pieces. Rush Collision is a hack company, take your cars there at your own risk."

"I realized Monday morning my windshield had a chip and was cracked. Friday when I Parked it in a locked secured parking lot it was fine, but we had a lot of snow and a snow removal company which spreads salt. Thankfully my daughter called Rush to schedule and Appointment on Tuesday, Brought the car in at 9:30 a.m. to leave it with them during the day. I received a call at 5:15 from Breona that I could pick the car up at 5:45 p.m as promised. Window was cleaned, and looking great. Thank you Louie and Breonna, you did exactly what you said you would! I will not hesitate to go back to Rush Collision and Glass."

"Rush is the perfect name for the business. My windshield was poorly installed to say the very least. They used duct tape to gold my window in place which was very hard to remove without damaging my paint. After I paid in advance for my service, i got a chip in my window which led me to another glass shop the very next day to fix the chip. They said whoever did the job used to much glue so my window is in a raised position and the rubber lace is protruding like a fin at the top of my window base. I work for an leading automotive glass company myself. When i went to get the chip fixed the next day the other glass company did it for me free of charge in response to what I'd already been through. I wouldn't recommend Rush for anyone. They did a rush job."

"Rush Collision did an amazing job on our vehicle! Very fast and reasonable. They were very easy to work with. Everyone we encountered was very friendly. We almost sent the car to the junk yard, but Louie said he could get it back on the road. He did just that! Check out the before and after. Would recommend to anyone!"
