"So this is a mixed review. The location is clean. I always loved how my nails looked. But my appointments never ran on time not once. my last visit my appointment was at 5:30 for a pedicure and a fill. They sat me down at almost 6 and they left me in the chair after they finished my toes for an additional half hour they started my nails at approximately 7 something I didn’t finish until eight pm. I did share my frustration with my nail tech and it from the point on that I did my visit went downhill. The tech was getting angrier and angrier with me. At that point I looked at her and I said you’re right I’m wrong I shouldn’t have said anything. I really did not want to argue because I have a hot temper and do not want to be a Karen I’m not trying to fight with a nail tech. The owner was there. I think she heard the exchange. Needless to say, I still do the right thing. I paid my bill and I tipped her. And then I left not to return again trying out a new place. Hope that an appointment actually mean somethIng there. I’m leaving this review hoping the salon gets it together. If she would have apologized when I voiced my concerns and said that they would’ve try to do better, it would have ended right there.."

"I love Teresa! She did such a great job! I felt so bad I came late but she took care of me and made sure I’d walk out happy with my nails. She’s very good and fast!"
"Not happy with the service. Got there about 12:45 no appointment. They were busy so I said I would come back. Got there about 3pm. No tech was available so they said to have a seat at the first pedicure chair. 2 people walked in after me. A nail tech showed up and went to take one of them but, the other tech said I was next. She seemed a bit put out. Didn't ask what pedicure treatment I wanted. Didn't ask about a manicure. Waited 20 minutes before I could pay. Definitely not concerned about me as a client. By the way I'm usually a generous tipper. Not today. Looking for a new nail salon."
