"I am a long time client from when they first opened. 3 times I have made an appointment for Dao at least 3 weeks in advance for very special occasions to have a pedicure. All 3 times she was "unavailable " for my appointments. Today I had some random woman do my basic pedicure and it was horrible. Cuticles untouched. Nails uneven. I have a formal function where I will be wearing sandals and look at this mess. I'm disgusted. Also the staff was coughing and sneezing. I will not be back ."
