"I’ve been here twice and had a great first experience, but my previous experience was extremely disappointing. My tech did not once ask what I had in mind for shape/color, and left me with boxy plain white nails, when I had a pink almond shape in mind. When it was time to pay, she said it would be $25, but as I was walking out of the door she said it would be $45- for a fill with no color. I left very disappointed."
