"Kayla did an amazing job! She really listened to me and gave me what I wanted! A few years ago I had a hair cut disaster by a different stylist at a different salon and I voiced to Kayla that I was very cautious about getting my haircut now, But before she cut anywhere, she would always ask me, “Is this an ok length to cut off” and I really appreciated it. And my color turned out amazing, and the time that it took for my old salon to do half of a head of highlights she did my full head of highlights! And on top of all that she is just the sweetest person! I highly recommend booking with her!"

"My experience with Lisa was great, The price was reasonable and the salon was very clean and welcoming. I was offered beverages and made to feel comfortable. You even get a nice little neck massage after your hair wash. I would recommend and will return."

"I am deeply upset with how I was spoken to when I arrived to the salon. Yes, I was late, however to be extremely upset with me even after I called the salon before my arrival was not okay. When I came in the front desk woman Debbie was incredibly gracious and welcoming to me. The stylist who had me as their client was visibly upset and standoffish with me. She did not even give me her name, however I did notice that she was one of the younger stylists in the salon. The stylist put a towel and barber cape on me and I told her what I was thinking about doing and her responses were “you have so much hair, this is going to take so long. I don’t know what you want”. And stormed off from me to go look at her phone or talk to someone. I noticed that she was walking around the salon a few times and was looking at her phone. The stylist made me feel completely unwelcome and was not friendly at all with me. A visit to a salon is supposed to make people feel good, I wanted to feel good. This visit made me feel worse about myself even though it was something I was looking forward to. I was sitting in the chair feeling awful and I even asked the stylist if she wanted me to leave and she just brushed it off. When the stylist left to get a swatch book for me to look at I ended up getting up from the chair and went to the front desk. I requested my coat from Debbie at the front desk who tried to get me to say what happened and what she could do to smooth over the situation, which was really nice of her. I told Debbie I just wanted my jacket and left due to how the stylist made me feel. I am disappointed with my experience at this salon. I moved from a completely different state and was hoping to find a new stylist to work with at this salon. Every visit I have had to a salon I have always talked through what I am looking for, I am very easy to work with when it comes to discussing what I want to do and making it a reality with the help of a stylist. This situation at Sakora did not allow me the opportunity to talk through what I wanted to do. I tip really well for the services I get and I am someone who goes to the salon every eight weeks. I will be looking for a different salon and if anyone asks me if Sakora is a good salon I will tell them to stay far away."
