"Great staff horrible scheduling. You wait all month to get appointments and then wait on hold for hours to be told they’re all booked and to call back next month to try again. My son has been having work done on his teeth from two cleanings ago. No new cavities but still to get one worked on for months. No appointments left this month gotta try again next month. Will almost be a year soon for a cavity."

"I don't understand when I'm trying to make an appointment.to see the dentist the machine answers and Tell me to press 5to speak with the dental agent.& I get put on hold for an hour.i need feeling on my right hand side of teeth. My layers of my back teeth are thin.i hung up and called back at 4:00pm its no longer taking calls. Why can't they answer and stop putting machine to answer. I don't like their answering system when the machine is answering and they take longer to answer."

"The medical staff seems pleasant and competent , equipment seems to be up to date and it is extremely clean in this facility that is why i am giving the 3stars. Most of the patients that come here are limited in dental choice because they have medicaid. There are only 2 places that accept that in the area. The administration that decided to treat the people as less than when making appts is cruel. The administration only allows you to make an appointment on one day of the month. If you need more than one appt you must wait another month or more for the next procedure. If you miss out and no one picked up your call on that one day you must call next month. I waited for over an hour and half on hold this last time to make an appt I missed so many months in a row it was getting bad. I wanted to put my screen shot of all my calls and long waits on this but it wont allow"

"Worst place ever been waiting over a month to book a appointment called 3times they keep telling me to call next month calls next. Month and they tell me we're booked try calling again next month you have to be joking it's a shame people can't schedule a appointment when there in pain"
