"Worst dental experience of my life. I was referred to him for a root canal last year. I told him I would like nitrous and that my regular dentist gives it to me because I hate going. He told me I didn’t need it. I cried through the entire procedure and the hygienist was constantly wiping my tears as I was struggling to breathe. He didn’t listen when I said I was in pain. He was degrading when I was begging for relief. I need another root canal now, and I told my primary dentist I refuse to go back to this man because of how traumatizing this experience was for me."
