"First, I appreciate the honesty bcuz I was lied too by two different previous dentists. Second, Jennifer did a phenomenal job on my cleaning. The staff was amazing. Olivia sat me and made sure I was comfortable for the cleaning. Everyone was nice from the moment I walked in till I left. 10/10 & would recommend. Beautiful/kind hearted ladies. "Even though I have my husband and children scheuled for their regular cleanings I allowed myself to get behind. When I noticed increased sensitivity I called Great Expressions. Immediately, I was impressed with how quickly I was able to get an appointment as a first time patient. They are located right on Fort Street in Wyandotte. They have convienent parking behind the building with additional spaces directly in front of the building on Fort Street as well as some on the side street. Give yourself an additional 15 minutes for your first appointment because there is a lot of paperwork. However, they are thorough with the health history and current medications. Jen is a wonderful hygienist who explained everything as she went along. She also was very attentive and reduced my anxiety. She did a wonderful job cleaning my teeth and they feel better already. I am grateful they gave me the option during the cleaning that reduces discomfort and inflammation. It involved a water spray system and an additional solution that reduces inflammation. It was a thorough cleaning with minimal discomfort. In my opinion it was worth the additional cost. Olivia was thorough when doing the x-rays. She let me know in advance that there would be many different xrays that needed to be done so i was prepared. I am grateful for the dental care provided here at Great Expressions and would recommend them to others."
