"I had my impacted bottom wisdom teeth removed back in July 2022. I have had nothing but problems after the extractions. I tried calling to get in, but no luck. I finally was able to schedule an appt that was supposed to be in Jan 2023. I have been dealing with severe jaw pain since the extractions, and all doctors keep telling me is to see him. My jaw is deteriorating, and I had waited months to get in to see him, just to be told a week or so before my scheduled appt that he doesn't work there anymore!!!!!!! Then I get told that they're sorry and that I should go back and see my regular dentist. Which I did, and all she did was refer me to the University of Detroit Mercy instead! During the visits, he was great, although it felt like he was rushing during my extractions and pulling them out too fast without taking into consideration how close they were to a nerve. **it's now Feb 2024, I have now suffered nerve damage and lost some sensitivity to the right side of my face. Must explain why they said he no longer works there."

"Dr Owens is the absolute best at what he does. He communicated every step clearly on what the procedure would entail and it makes the entire experience relaxing, and seamless. He’s extremely efficient in his work; for reference, I sat down to get 2 wisdom teeth extracted at 9:30, and walked out at 9:50 with little pain and clear guidelines on next steps. Also has great taste in music, Barry white and teddy p in the background makes it easier to forget about your teeth getting yanked out of your mouth."
"Outside of wait time to get an appointment, what a fantastic experience. I had 3 teeth pulled that were difficult but it was quick and pain free. Dr. Jerel was fantastic and very personable and the staff was amazing. From the front desk to the dental assistants, I couldn’t be happier with my experience with the entire staff!"
