"I visited this office for the first time about a month ago and it was the worst experience I’ve ever had at any dentist office!! The receptionist was not very welcoming nor friendly!! I was there first client, so maybe she’s not a morning person. There was another lady there as well. Not sure what her title was but she had on regular clothes and was behind the desk too. She walked past me several times and failed to greet me every time, I felt that was so rude!! Then they had a travel dental assistant which who cleaned my teeth and was professional and awesome! I just felt so bad due to that being her first time working at that office and nobody was there to help and assist her to show where things were and how to work the equipment properly!! Then once she finished I had to wait in the dentist for my final exam. The dentist was an hour late and I can’t believe I sat there and waited but I did.. smh.. No one said I’m sorry about your wait or checked on me, nor gave me any type of update as to why I was just sitting there!! Well the dental assistant checked on me and apologized several times but she didn’t even understand why I was sitting and waiting so long.. smh.. Then when the dentist finally showed up she didn’t apologize not one time and she gave off a very nonchalant attitude. She never introduced herself or anything. I was very upset when I left and thought to express my feelings before I left. Instead I said I will just write a review so others can be aware of what to expect when you go to this establishment. Clearly I wont be going back and will never recommend this place to anyone else!"

"I would 100% recommend any family member or friend to this dental practice. As an individual who is pain medication resistant, dental visits have become terrifying and extremely painful events that completely deter my life for weeks at a time… I often find myself searching for a new dentist or practice because my insurance is not covering something or the doctor finds they are unable to give me the level of care I need (referring me to an oral surgeon - who again is probably not covered). I had an exceptional experience at DK Dental in Ferndale, Michigan. The standout feature of this dental practice is their incredible commitment to customer care. When I was in excruciating pain from the root canal that was performed, they went above and beyond even so much that Doctor Dima came in on a Saturday - when the practice was closed - to address my issue promptly. She called and texted me around the clock to check and monitor my pain and status. And I have to say, that’s a level of care I’ve never received ANYWHERE at any medical anything! Their dedication to patient well-being truly sets them apart. The staff is not only highly skilled but also incredibly compassionate. They made sure I was comfortable and at ease throughout the entire process.
