"Worst ever do not go here the older lady didn’t know what she was doing I was in pain the whole time it took 4 hours to complete, my nails are thick and oddly shaped I’m soooooo mad, I told them to fix it and they where making it worse, I hate my nails I told them how much they said 90$ mind you the lady told me 75 dollars at first and I told them I would do 50 only because it was horrible service as well I was in pain they told me no. I’m calling better business bureau and shutting this place down. They are not Considerate or helpful. They should not own a shop."

"Do not go there! Last time I was there it was empty in a Saturday. They blasted obnoxious techno and after I told him I wanted almond shaped nails he told me no and then told me I wanted square. I corrected him again and he still gave me square nails and told me what I wanted! Couple years later I had to get my nails off and since I was next door at ups I decided it couldn’t be too bad since they would just be taking nails off so I tried them again. Big mistake! Again it was empty on a Saturday. I said I needed my acrylic nails taken off and they asked me 7 times to get a manicure or pedicure and 7 times I told them no. When we sat down she took an unused acrylic nail, not an actual tool, to try and peel the nail off which hurt a lot. I mentioned that she should use acetone to soak the nails and she said “oh yes” like she already knew which I knew she didn’t. She seemed very confused like she didn’t know what she was doing and I’m not sure if she’s ever even done this before. She came back with a bowl of acetone that had a dead fly in it so I looked around and noticed that every surface of this place was filthy. She soaked my nails for 20 seconds, which is not ok it’s supposed to be for 5 minutes. Then she kept using the other acrylic nail to peel my nails off. She then got the drill out and hit my skin quite a few times. One of the nails had already fallen off the day before and she kept drilling and filing that nail and I had to keep reminding her not to touch that nail. She said all done and I noticed that there was still quite a bit of acrylic nail still on so had to ask her to get it off. After a while I couldn’t take it anymore because she kept hurting me and I just wanted to get out of there asap. So after I stood up she poured oil all over my nails to the point where it was dripping all over the floor. When I went to wash my hands she told me not to and that I don’t need to wash my hands so I said I’m not leaving here like this and washed my hands anyways. She said $8 and when I handed her my card she said there was a $10 minimum for cards which she never mentioned up front. So I said whatever I don’t care then charged me $12! I will never go back there no matter if it’s the last nail salon on earth! I wish there was an option for 0 stars because 1 star is one too many for them. And they have been like this for years."

"The younger lady does great work, my first time getting mine done by her I got a full set of gel then today I wanted to fill and change to French tip, to my understanding they let them soak to take them off?? She didn't do that she literally cut them shorter got under the nails and ripped them off it was painful!"

"Today was my first time at 4G Nails & Spa. I was a walk-in and didn't know what to expect. The staff was kind, professional, had competitive prices, and they did a beautiful job on my nails and toes. I will definitely be back and highly recommend them!"

":) New owners and excellent management. Great service, good energy and fair pricing. I’ve been here twice since they switched owners and BOTH visits the pricing was the EXACT SAME for SAME exact acrylic length and service. They are honest and give you what you ask for. They understand what you want and don’t try to up-charge you. Post Covid, good nail salons with good service are hard to come by. I really like coming here and everyone is VERY nice and respectful. They take care of you here and I just wanna say I appreciate you guys a lot. I’ve had very bad anxiety in nail salons post Covid, the environment is relaxing. I see they also updated and renovated this location which was also needed. Don’t let the past owners and management ruin the new owner’s reputation. Give them a chance. They DESERVE more business. Telling everyone I know, this place is WONDERFUL. Keep up the good work. You guys ROCK. Thank you!"
