Fabulous Nails

"I walked in today but didn’t have an appointment. The lady said no problem just 5 min wait. I was told to pick out a color and take a seat with feet in warm water. I sat for 40 min.. the warm water was super cold by the end. 3 other people came after me and they were all taken care. So i just walked out after 40 min I understand i didn’t have an appointment but saying 5 mins and then making me wait for 40 min was just rude."

"I specifically asked for a mirror finish polish, and what I got was a glitter polish, and when I explained, she had no intention of making me happy I should’ve just refused to pay the extra $30 for chrome polish but that’s not who I am so I expressed my disappointment they were talking back-and-forth saying God knows what and I left!!!! Very disappointed"

"I’ve been here twice. First visit was great! Left with an exceptional traditional gel French manicure. Some lumping in the top coat but nothing I was upset about. Went in today and I am not completely happy with the set I walked out with. Just a standard black tip French gel manicure. The ladies are all super nice and sweet, customer service is great (I’m not a talker and she didn’t try to have a long convo with me) but I feel a bit let down by what I left with. One coat of color, so it’s opaque in some spots, there’s polish on my skin, and on one finger the base coat/top coat is so far from my cuticle I’m going to have to redo it on my own in a couple days. I usually do my own sets at home, so I’m not sure if I got what I paid for ($40 + $15 tip), or if I’m just use to spending a heck of a lot more time on my own nails to make them look great. Take what you will from this review/pictures."

"I don’t have the best looking hands, but I showed them the photo on the left and they helped me find the color and it was accurate if I do say so myself. I ended up doing a pedicure too. The staff are very nice. Great first time experience. Will be coming back."
