"Over 10 years ago, I had a root canal by Dr. Armstrong, on a tooth that did not cause any pain. I was losing my dental insurance and panicked. I got the root canal done, and had excruciating pain afterwards. I went back to the office immediately afterwards and he was on vacation. I was sent to another dentist. Since then, I have had intermittent pain, I have seen multiple dentist and endodontists to fix this pain. I finally got it pulled today after 5 weeks of unrelieved pain and the surgeon told me there were dental files in 3 of the roots. He said this is most likely the cause of your pain."

"My appointment was with one of the Dental Hygienists. It went quickly due to the tool used to clean my teeth. The hygienist was very friendly and frequently asked if I was comfortable during the cleaning. All the staff is friendly and concerned with the patients comfort. Dr. Armstrong has been my dentist since he started practicing."

"I was 18 when I went to Jason Armstrong with a cosmetic concern regarding my natural teeth. I had two “peg laterals,” which are essentially narrower incisors - the ones next to your front teeth. To this, Armstrong recommended multiple extractions (four teeth), and a dental bridge. During my bridge appointment, Armstrong exposed a nerve on a neighboring tooth, leading to me needing a larger bridge (by then spanning seven teeth in total) than planned. I eventually developed abscesses that required oral surgery, which the surgeon attributed to “trauma” caused by Armstrong’s work. The oral surgeon also confirmed that my procedure should have taken place over multiple visits, in order to avoid potential complications like these. Unfortunately, this bridge had to be replaced multiple times (six times in total). Now 10+ years later, I have had to seek further treatment as the bridge has completely failed, and new complications have arisen. Several other professionals even asked if I had been in a car accident, or if I’d had the original procedure done abroad! The quality of work was evidently that poor. There was also decay on the few teeth I had left under my porcelain “solution” due to an ill-fitting bridge - which Armstrong denied needed fixing or replacing anymore. His negligence is going to cost over $30K to correct, as the decision to push a medically unnecessary treatment has led to several new extractions, bone grafts, and now implants as my only option."
