"I moved to the Farmington area about 6 years ago and have been seeing Dr. Giaimo since based on recommendations from family and friends. Due to not having insurance for 2-3 years (plus my small hatred for going to the dentist) my teeth were in rough shape when I was finally able to get a cleaning. Dr. Giaimo is super relaxed and a very reliable dentist. He knows what he’s doing and makes going to the dentist easy. There isn’t any gimmicks like a lot of the newer dental places which I like. They work with you on payments if you can’t pay it all up front which is nice. I would highly recommend if you’re searching for a dentist in the area!"

"I have had nothing but good work done at this office. Been going there 10 plus years now. The staff is friendly and very accommodating to kids. My girls have the run of the place basically when we go in for cleanings. Not sure how this person feels they were discriminated against though. You were told upfront they don't take Medicaid. How is that discrimination? The receptionist has always been very nice to my family, maybe its you. Ever think of that? I highly recommend Dr. Giaimo and his staff. They're all very nice."

"I received a coupon in the mail last year advertising a dinner for two and a movie with a new patient cleaning. I thought it was a pretty good deal so I called to inquire. Upon calling the office, I asked about the deal. The receptionist stated "We don't take Medicaid " in a very rude tone before even asking me what type of insurance I had. I explained to her I have Deltal Dental. She proceeded to ask me for my ssn so she could look up my benefits and stated she would call me back. By this time, I had already made up my mind that this establishment was not for me. I had been discriminated against before services even began! 5 mins later she called back with a brand new attitude stating "Oh yes, you have excellent coverage" when would you like to schedule? I told her I had changed my mind, I was no longer interested."

"Great spot! Honest and reasonable. I came here after 12 years of zero dental work done, not even cleanings due to not having insurance. I was expecting the worst but, I came out with a clean bill of health. Had my missing filling fixed. my teeth cleaned and out the door. I came back this last time I was in town, same experience. I love the way they sonic clean your teeth. So much better than the old way! This is a highly recommended dentist in my opinion!"

"Dr good at his work and dental staff nice except receptionist. When I said I had trouble finding the office she reacted as if I was stupid because she assumed I had been there. Also I asked about the movie tickets and was told no because I had been his patient (over 10 yrs ago @ the old office). She made me feel as if I was trying to pull a scam and the Dr. stood right there & didn't say a word. His wimpy attitude and her rudeness is my reason for the poor score."
