Vanessa was my hygienist and she was very theral with everything she did and i can tell she enjoys her job and i felt she was good at what she does.the dr. Was very knowledgeable and handsome. I learn alot and i like the work thay was done and i like how the staff treats you and i do highly recommend platium to become your home for your dental care. ☺"

"If you are looking for a dental office I highly recommend Platinum Dental Care. The office is clean and smells good! As soon as I walked in I was greeted by the ladies at the desk who were very nice. They checked me in and I was quickly greeted and brought back by the hygienist Lisa. She was awesome. Very thorough cleaning. Dr. Kuet did my exam and sat and explained what I needed to have done. She was kind and took her time to make sure I understood. While checking out the ladies at the desk went over my treatment plan and how the billing with my insurance would work. I look forward continuing with all my dental needs at this practice. The office is clean and inviting & each team member I have met has greeted me with a smile. In the past I’ve been seen by Lisa who is so friendly & welcoming. My latest hygiene visit was with Vanessa who was thorough, gentle, and made my appointment so relaxing! I always leave feeling sparkly fresh! I also see Dr. Kuet who is very personable and I love that she remembers little details of my personal life from previous visits. Overall, this is a great office with a great team all around!"

"RUDE RUDE RUDE! I called to make a consultation appointment. I searched Platinum Dental Care website and they offered new patients free consultation & exams. I called to see if the offer was still available and the Receptionist did not say if it was available she replied asking "what was my consultation for?" And I replied it would be for veneers. Than this rude unprofessional receptionist says "do you know how much veneers cost?" How dare this lady even say that to any customer looking to have service. Clearly you are NOT A DMD you are a Receptionist. Than she proceeded to say that "veneers are $1400 per tooth & if I needed 4 of them than its costly" I said I am aware of how much also your speaking to me over the phone and you are not a Medical Professional to quote me over the phone. I told her she was Rude and what she said was RUDE and that I will be taking my services elsewhere. That lady should be fired!!! We all know having your teeth cosmetically repaired cost money. Rather its braces Invisalign etc..... I am a 40 year old EMPLOYED WOMAN how dare a Receptionist financially/racially profile me over an attempt to schedule an appointment. I hope this review reaches their HR department because she clearly has unprofessional work ethics!!! Hire New Help because you lost a highly potential customer."
