"My mom booked a girl's day for my 6 y/o daughter, and 4 MINUTES - not days, not hours, but MINUTES - before her appointment, while they were waiting in the parking lot for it to open to go in, they received an auto TEXT that their appointment was cancelled. Minutes! My mom immediately called and of course there was no answer. Who would do that to a little girl who has been looking forward to this for weeks? Absolute jerks, that's who."

"I feel like I'm echoing a previous review. The girl that worked there was great with my kids. However, to no fault of her own, the toilet wasn't working properly and I didn't get everything that I paid for because u didnt have anymore wands in stock.....Not my biggest concern over being freezing cold the entire 2 hours we were there. Literal snot dropping, teeth chattering, cold nose cold kind of cold. When u have ur wet feet out in the freezing air, the amenities are less than enjoyable. Honestly, i dont know how our nails dried in that cold of temperatures. My daughter's teeth were chattering when she should've been smiling. When it's 5 degrees outside and u have been aware that there is no heat in ur building. Its disappointing that ur employees or ur costumers safelty is a priority. No longer recommending this place. Do better. I'm sure I won't hear back from u in regards to my review."

"We had my daughter’s party here! The girls who hosted the party were great but the overall area wasn’t clean, the toilet didn’t work, it was cold despite telling them it was cold. I would’ve wished it could be perfect for the money spent but it wasn’t unfortunately."

"My daughters came today and they had the best time. The owner was super sweet and even offered a discount so my younger daughter could participate. My daughter loved this place. So cute and fun. We will definitely be back soon."
