"Went to have an oil change and tires rotated. You need a special GM lock to get the tires off. Everything went great till I realized they did not put the wheel lock back. Went to dealership to ask for wheel lock, they said they didn't have it and that I would have to buy a whole new set. I was super upset but bought a new set for over $60. I didn't want to go without a wheel lock in case I got a flat tire. After 6 months I needed new tires so decided to just have the locks broken off the tires so I will never need the GM special wheel lock. I never opened the package I had bought went to return it and they said since it was an accessory they could not take it back. Don't understand this since it was never open and most GM cars need this special lock. Will not be back or buying anymore GM products."

I had my son with me this morning and the service manager came and got us from the lounge and gave us a tour of the service and body shop areas.
