"I called factory direct for service, as they are the only local service provider for our tire machines. They came out and inspected one machine, when I asked for them to inspect two. I called for a week and a half straight just to get an answer on when they could come to inspect my tire machines. When they did arrive they didn’t inspect half of the issues, or the second machine. I said go ahead with the repairs since I needed the machine functioning ASAP. They never gave us a status on the parts, or when they would come out to correct those issues. I called again a few days later because the machine they had just fixed was broken again. They told me that maybe they could get out there, because they “have an appointment” today. I don’t know what kind of service business only has one service tech, and can only handle one appointment a day, but this place is the worst."

"We have used Factory Direct many times and usually without issue. This last time we had them repair some equipment for us and it was a horrible experience. The tech tore it down and then retired and nobody knew anything about it. The parts were hard to get which was ok, but then we kept getting the run-around on when it would be completed. I would ask repeatedly that they just communicate with me and they wouldn't. Finally a lady in the front would call me to give me updates periodically, but the Service Manager wouldn't call. Lastly, they quoted me one amount and then when I went to pick it up, the invoice went up $300 without my approval. Needless to say, what should have taken a few weeks took a few months... I was just let down horribly by their service and will look elsewhere for any future repairs."
