"Been seeing Dr Rami and Connie for a few years, but recently Connie has left and it has apparently left them extremely short staffed. I had an appointment today that has been scheduled for 6 months, they did not notify me at all (they actually texted me to CONFIRM my appointment) and I planned my whole day around coming here and they are CLOSED. They are apparently canceling all cleaning appointments since Connie left but they didn’t have the decency to notify me ahead of time and now I wasted my whole day. I really hope they are able to get their act together because I did really like Dr Rami. I feel bad they can’t find staff but at least don’t text people asking them to confirm the appointment and not notify them that it’s been canceled. Very bad business. They haven’t even updated their hours on Google"

"Dr. Rami is the most amazing dentist I’ve ever been to! Ive had nothing but bad luck with my teeth and my dentists until my co-worker recommended him to me. I have nothing but good things to say about him and Monica both. The entire staff is extremely nice but Dr Rami and Monica are funny and friendly and have done a great job fixing my front two teeth. My teeth have never looked this good and i cannot thank him and the rest of the office enough! Truly the best."
