"Booked an emergency appointment. Showed up & got told I “must be in the wrong place” after showing them multiple times proof of texts & emails I got from the location about my appointment. The receptionist found my appointment & then told me the dentist wouldn’t be in until later & continued to say “you’re fine with waiting though right.” Very unprofessional."

"Unfortunately I didn’t have a good experience with their periodontist. The office is using a code for a first consultation that is not covered by BCBS dental. Other in-network providers were I went afterwards for a first consultation were using a different code that was covered. But the worst part is that I was waiting about an hour to see the doctor although I had an appointment. She then only came in for 2-3 minutes and left me with many questions. Another person then came and tried to answer my questions. So these few minutes costs $130. Then I left as negative review right away but it was removed. Today I try again and would recommend to see another facility."
