"This was my first time visiting this specific location in Dearborn on Michigan. I went with my 19 year son for his six month cleaning. It was also time for him to receive dental x-rays along with his cleaning. Our stay there was for THREE hours. I have never had a dental visit take that long. A root canal could have been done in a shorter period of time. I will not be back to this location. The staff was nice at the desk, but that length of time is extremely unacceptable for a standard visit."

"This location is falling apart. New staff. They cancel appointments never call back to reschedule. It’s like they are taking on more than what they can handle. No one should sit for an hour or more after their initial appointment time. They really need to get it together up there."

"I am so disappointed I am allowing my photo to stay on the review. My mother is going through much stress, disappointment, and disbelief after going to this place over 6 months ago for a prettier smile. She has paid in full and getting what is an obvious run around of cancelling or delaying of her appointments and or finished work. This is horrible a experience for me because I helped f ind the office. The dentist also stated she would be her only "dentist" over this service. Not true. Talking nice and kind of cracking mild jokes by employees or a staff member does not handle the business that needs to be taken care of by this office. I am very upset to hear and see her ( my mother) go through the experience of having no results or explanations as to why she was told 5 to 6 weeks not 6 or 7 months for her services to be completed that are not. Just because she's not vocal to the office this is all wrong what has happened to her in terms of the office cancelling events of what should have been final a final visit but several more continuous disappointments and emotional disbelief. I have been delaying posting a negative review but my Mom is almost 80 and deserving of decent and timely service and we love her. This is truly a sad time for my Mom and I don't appreciate the way she's been serviced and given false hope with her dental care still no completion just nothing positive."
