"From my experience, this is a great dental office. Pretty well organized and centered on patients oral health. Staff is charming. I'm picky because it has been hard to find a good family dentistry for us. Dentists and hygienists go the last mile to explore options for you, I appreciate their honesty and low pressure on customers. Edit to say that my level of satisfaction has been going downhill. I don't consider myself a difficult case to treat but in the last year I've been coming back for repairs over work that has not been fixed at the first time or not planned well, requiring multiple visits."

"I would recommend Elan Dental Group to absolutely anyone! The office has a fantastic atmosphere and all of the staff are extremely friendly. I'm a relatively new patient (less than 6 months), but every team member has made me feel like part of the family from Day 1. COVID-19 protocols have also been really thorough (health questions in advance of the visit, precautions to avoid patients passing each other, all staff with masks). The hygienists who have worked with me have been great about tailoring my treatment to my needs. Dr. Keil herself is a fantastic dentist who does great work with a light touch. She's also an excellent communicator and works with you to figure out the treatment you need. I've had previous experiences with dentists pushing me towards procedures I was uncomfortable with, so this has been a breath of fresh air. I'll be coming to Elan as long as I'm in Ann Arbor and I would encourage you to give them a try!"

"I've been coming to this office since 1997 (I was 14!), and even when I moved out of state to Georgia for 4 years of school I would come back twice a year for my cleanings - that's how much I love it here. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and never make you feel like just another patient. Not to mention, the bright airy office with it's big beautiful windows makes for a super-relaxing environment."
