"The paperwork should have been emailed prior. iPad entry is tedious and non-hygienic from other fingers. Xray tech was friendly even though she had to retake the pan since it got “lost”. Dr. D was thorough and competent and not pushy about doing all suggested plan hurriedly. Hygienist was excellent."

"This was my first visit to Smiles. My insurance changed and the dentist I had been going to for 20+ years was no longer in my network. On the plus side - I had to wait more than 40 minutes to be seen, due to an emergency, so I was pressed for time. The dental tech and dentist were understanding and the appointment was quick. I was in a rush to get to a meeting. On the negatives side -- I filled out all the paperwork online in advance, When I arrived for my visit, I was told I had to pay for it because my insurance only covered one exam during a 6 mos period. I wished that someone had called me to give me advance notice. Also, the amount I had to pay at check out was more than what I was told when I checked in. Thank you."
"I had X-rays taken, and then I had my teeth cleaned. Amanda, the hygienist, did a great job of providing these services. She was friendly, courteous, and conscientious. It was very clear that she was a highly skilled hygienist. After the cleaning, the dentist examined my teeth. She was also friendly and courteous, and she provided me an assessment of my dental health. In sum, it was a great visit to the dentist office."
