"I really like the office staff in the front they are knowledgeable and very kind. The dentist is amazing and honest and makes you feel comfortable. The male assistants are wonderful too but I did have the worst experience ever with one of the female assistants she has the worst bed side manner I’ve ever seen see couldn’t even do her job as well. But still a great place to go I’m not going to let one bad egg spoil it for me or the others who work so hard there."
"At first I liked it there, friendly and all. This visit was scheduled months ago for Monday, I confirmed in their system through texts that they sent me, I took time off work to make the appointment on time to find their door locked and nobody there. I was fit to be tied. It's now noon the next day and I have not received a call back from them after I left a message on their voicemail. Then I look on google and find they have cut to 2 days a week, Tuesday and Thursday, after setting up my appointment on a Monday? Not professional. Didn't even call me to reschedule or announce their new business hours. I have to find another dental office. No way can I ever go back there."
"You would think a new business in town would at least return calls. I should have been thankful for no return call and moved on. I did finally schedule to find that their dental assistance is perhaps the most rude person I have ever seen in dealing with a new patient. With as many dental offices in town, they should be more careful with what they will tolerate. The dentist seemed nice enough but not nice enough to ever walk through that door again. So many more options in town to choose from. There is a great one just across the street from them."
"Pontiac Trail Dental Studio is top notch. Nicole was gentle and had attention to detail and really cared. The decor in Dental Studio is warm and welcoming. From check in, to the exam, to the cleaning, to the X-rays and the check out, everything was easy. Everyone had masks on which made me feel safe. I truly love this studio and will be making it my permanent Dental Studio. Matt - Northville"
