"At my last visit the dental technician that put to my daughter the buttons on teeth was talking with my daughter so rude and dictating to my daughter to turn head and do things. I don’t know what happened with that lady she so dictating in what she was doing to my daughter. I ask my daughter how she thinks and she told me the same thing, that girl was very rude with her tone. I was about to ask to talk with the manager right away, but I will do it. Those people at Swan seems like they want only to catch you and to take your money. They nice at the beginning when they convince you to do the thing and after their attitude is they just try to do the thing as quickly to escape of you."
"The service was great, everything was clearly explained. The only issue is that my daughter wanted her bands changed prior to vacation and they would not do it without a full appointment which she was not needed as she was ahead of schedule with her procedure. My orthodontist (not swan) did this for me on several occasions when the bands were stained with no issues."
"I received Invisalign treatment through Dr. Swan's office. The experience was amazing. Dr. Swan and the staff are wonderful, and the office has a great atmosphere. During treatment, they were always just an email, call, or text away. (I thought) I just had a few crowded teeth that I wanted straightened out. At the end of treatment, when I saw the before and after pictures, I could hardly recognize the before pictures. That's what my teeth looked like? They also fixed many issues that I never noticed or cared about. The results are amazing! I'm so happy that i finally dove in and started the treatment, and very thankful that I did it through Swan Orthodontics. I received excellent care and it was a very good experience."
