Mitten Kids Dentistry

"We took our boys to another Dentist office, one with Autism and one with anxiety, and had a horrible experience. We took a chance to try this dentist and were blown away at the amazing, kind, patient, considerate staff and environment! Everything from their names being written on a welcome board, to a movie playing on entry, to the kind front desk person (I think it was Pam?), the wonderfully patient hygienist (Bridgette maybe? I’m terrible with names!), to the play kids area by the cleaning chairs, and wonderfully understanding and friendly dentist himself that was willing to get creative with the needs of our son, to the prizes at the end of the visit and even letting the boys dig through the drawer to pick out all their own dental goodies. We are in love with this place and finally feel like we have a pediatric dentist home for our special needs kids!"

"Dr. K, Bridgette, and the rest of the team were AWESOME! My daughter needed a tooth pulled, and they got it out. They did such a wonderful job with my 6 year old! She was scared and nervous so they had me in the room with her. She loved being able to watch a movie while they did the work. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. K and the team there. If I could give them 10 stars I would! 1000 times better than the previous Pediatric dentist we went to!"

"One star doesn’t justify the way they treated my son. They did NOT explain anything to him at all. They just jammed their instruments in his mouth. I had to do their job and talk him through what was being done. When it was time for x rays, she told my 3 year old to help his self up. I obviously helped him get on. From the moment I walked in, I noticed the type of people they are. The ones that fake smile to come off as being genuine but NOTHING ABOUT THEM WAS GENUINE. While I was there with my son, I noticed another hygienist was speaking rudely to another eight-year-old to 10-year-old child. Usually I stay quiet and just never come back to places like this but because it was my son!!! My well behaved sweet boy that listens when instructed and remains calm when explained and will hold his tears backs to be brave I will speak up for because even after talking to the office manger, something did not seem right about this place. If you’re going into a profession that has to deal with kids and you know you don’t have the patience or know how to speak to a Child at their level then why are you in this field of work?"

"Trish is amazing. So great at explaining everything she was doing and keeping my son informed. She made him so comfortable and he had a great visit. We were in and out quickly. So happy we chose Mitten."

"Could not ask for a better staff. My daughter is extremely nervous do to many procedures she’s had medically. The staff is so patient with her, they all her to sit upright for her cleaning which makes it very difficult for the tech, but so easy for my daughter. They go above and beyond for the comfort and care. I appreciate them so much. Highly reccomend"
