"I could not leave fast enough I did liked the experience. The owner was rude. When I asked if I could get the nail polish taken off my nails while I got my pedicure he kept saying “that’s not how we do things here. You have to get the whole experience” I’m paying for the service and if I like to multitask that should be on the customer. Their was plenty of employees that could help. My nails didn’t even look good. Two days later two of my gel nails already chipped off. I would find another location, I didn’t sign for “this experience”. Although the nail techs seemed very companionate like as if this happens often."

"A lot of people hate this salon, but I stopped in last week because I didn't want to go to my usual place in the mall during the Christmas season. My expectations were very low, but they did a satisfactory job on my nails. Not the most beautiful salon on the inside (I'll admit it was a bit run down to put it nicely), but the staff was friendly, and I didn't have to wait at all."
