"I used to have long hair. I asked to have some long layers and 4 inches taken off so it would be right under my shoulders. The girl obviously didn't know what she was doing and just keep cutting and 2 teachers saw what she was doing and didn't intervene. Finally a 3rd teacher had to come and do what she could to try and fix her mistakes. It took me 4 years to get my hair as long as it was and that girl ruined it. I will never go back there again."
