"I am new to town and was looking for a new salon for pedicures. Nothing on the website said an appointment was necessary so I went in. The salon was EMPTY but I was told ( very rudely) that unless I had an appointment they do not see clients and they don’t do things like the website says. They lost any chance of having a new, recurring, very good client. I won’t be back"

"Terrible! was an hour wait, the nail tech didn't listen at all, nor know what stiletto was. Wanted orange on top of purple and the nail tech said "no it won't look good" and then kept trying to put random colors on. The nails were uneven, and bumpy, came off within a week! And the tech was very rude!"
