"I’m not sure what you call it but the alternator was seizing up and on one of the worst days (Memorial w/e) it was raining, blowing and freezing and the started started shutting down and then just quit. Not familiar with the area the insurance referred me to Mullin’s. She said they were respected and got good reviews of being professional and doing good work. They were accommodating and made we comfortable while I waited for my nephew to pick me up and take me home. I would recommend them highly."

"I’ve been to Mullins for multiple issues in the past and they have fixed many things on my vehicle but One issue that has not been properly dealt with is my front differential it failed approx a year year in a half ago they changed the differential among a few other things it failed ago in the last year they reasoning” was given that there wasn’t any liquid they say and that the gasket were dry” my memory might be a little off but they repaired it and changed my front wheel bearing as well I was charged both times for the repair job, but it was okay since the quicker the issue was fix the last I had to fight about it. At the current time it has failed yet again and I’m furious that the repair job has been botched over and over I will no longer be doing any auto repairs at Mullins again"

"I had Mullin's do a simple oil change and do a headlight repair. The oil change was done (i think) but, none of the the vehicle's oil services warning was reset. Also, I had wiring done on my headlight and when done my headlights made the front of my car bright, but could not see the road. When I called to have them fix the alignment with the headlight i was told to "take it to a body shop" so he could not really help me with my headlight issue. With in a week the passenger headlight went out. I had asked about correcting the issue they were glad to look at it for a service charge. I felt that when they looked at the headlight issue that they would look at the the complete headlight issue and not do a incomplete job."
