"The whole experience I had was weird. She stopped doing my manicure to do someone else's eyebrows and made me pay before getting my nails done which is unusual because they usually pay after and no one else that came in payed before getting their stuff done. I got a manicure on May 27th and not long after the nail paint started chipping. She told me my nails were done drying when they were not because I rubbed one of my nails on something by accident and the nail polish came off. Would not recommend going there because they either don't know what they are doing or they are using cheap nail polish because even the ones I have at home don't chip after a couple days."

"Hi ,Ms Kathy Schauer . We’re sorry to hear about your recent experience with our salon. This is not the type of experience that we want anyone to have. But let us point it out straight to you : Vincent HAD DONE FINISHING HIS SERVICE FOR YOU : taking off dip powder on your nails,doing manicure,painting your nails and drying them on Dry station for about 10 minutes. After you paid us and went out .Then a couple minutes later,you got back with your nails messed up. This was not Vincent’s fault and he offered to repaint your nails but you said you had to go in a hurry and then just kept on asking us for refund and then gift card . Even WE TOLD YOU ONCE MORE THAT WE SHOULD REPAINT YOUR NAILS and WOULD WALK YOU OUT TO YOUR CAR and WOULD FASTEN YOUR SEATBELT FOR YOU and WE ALSO TOLD YOU THAT “YOU CAN COME BACK TOMORROW or ANY DAY TO GET YOUR NAILS REPAINTED “ but you just said you were in hurry and asked us for refund . You refused what we wanted to do for you and you even didn’t give us any chance to give you the best service as we can. So,basically and fairly Vincent fulfilled his job pretty well ,spending over half an hour to do your regular manicure and waiting for your nails to dry . You should be advised that we would never offer refund in any case . If our customers mess it up or something like this right after their nails got done , we will fix it up or do anything free of charge to make our customers satisfied with our service. Anyway you’re always welcome to come back and let us do something better for you. One more thing :Sanitization and Hygiene are our top importance : After each use ,all our manicure implements / tools should be cleaned ( sanitized) and disinfected and stored in the UV Sterilizer cabinet.
