"Dropped off a sweeper head to be repaired last year in December and was told it should be done in several weeks if the parts show up. Finally around June I called and he's like yeah its been done. Tried several times to pick it up but he's never in the office or doesn't have his correct book with him to tell which one is ours. We were told he would drop it off last week and that hasn't happened either. Definitely no customer satisfaction."
