I can't thank them enough for the great communication while they had my car in the shop for repairs, and was very thankful they told me only 2 weeks on repairs and ended up being shorter than that. "My latest service was to replace a rear panel on my F150 covered by insurance. Everything seemingly went well and a couple bolts went missing that they offered to replace. The rivet work probably could be better! See photos. They are defensive when something is pointed out. If they can’t prove it with a photo they deny it happened outright."
"Horrible! Would not send my worst enemy there! back window leaks extremely bad. Had standing water I had to shop vac out. Trunk is not aligned properly. Back glass also not aligned properly. And the way the situation has been handled has been ridiculous. They tell me they are going to do nothing to fix it! Like what kind of service is this!"
