"My son was in an accident and was having a really tough time even finding a shop that would schedule an estimate any sooner than a month and a half out. I called T3 and he was able to work with my son for an estimate right away. T3 was ready to begin repairs before my son was even able to get things in order so that he could get the car into them. The repairs did take a bit longer than expected but by no fault of T3, there was additional repairs that needed to be approved by insurance and a small wait for parts, but nothing even remotely close to the delays that I and family members have experienced at other local body shops. The work was impeccable, we couldn't have been happier with the outcome and will return to T3 for all our family's future needs. Just for a comparison... I've had two accidents in the last 3 years, both times my car was in the shop for no less than two and a half months each time. My aunt was in an accident in October 2021, she just picked up her car, that has been at the shop since the day that she had the accident, from Precision Auto Body in early April. That's 6 months... six months that it took to get a vehicle repaired. I get supply issues, but six months is a bit extreme. I understand that the repairs weren't the same, but they were similar on the same kind of vehicle, T3 took 19 days, they "big guys" took 6 months and weren't very apologetic or even friendly at all. Which would you choose?"
