"I came to the Kia lot hopeful to leave with a new vehicle. After 5 minutes of not being acknowledged, Glenn redirected me to Taylor whom changed my experience from a 4 to a solid 10. Taylor was very helpful and a straight shooter. I told her what I was looking for and she exceeded my expectations. Not only did the SUV have everything I wanted, but it also has a lot of bonus features that took my upgrade from just an upgrade to AN UPGRADE. Thank you so much Taylor for your help. But I cannot forget about Glenn, he was such a delight to finish off the contract with. Quick, sufficient and I guess I could add that he has a good sense of humor. Y’all are awesome. Thank you!"

"Oil change and tire rotation is what I came in for. Approximately 10min into my appointment the service advisor came out and said that the maintenance tech suggested 3 things, fuel additive, oil additive, and cabin air filter replacement. Fuel additive is recommended in the cars manual which I did 10min before arriving for my appointment. How would a tech put in an additive on a full fuel tank? The instructions on the fuel additive state to put it in on a near empty tank. Oil additive is not recommended in the owners manual, so why would that be needed in my vehicle, and if the tech recommends it, why isn't it in the owners manual? Cabin air filter is $11, and they were going to charge me $65. I said that's how much my oil change and tire rotation is. Service advisor proceeds to tell me I'm wrong and I show her your website that contains a Tyler Deal special. She wasn't even aware of that special and neither was the other service advisor. How can you not be aware of what your department is offering? Kind of worried I didn't get the correct fluids for my vehicle now too, since my service was scheduled for 5000 miles from this service. Is that what the tech recommends or the based off the owners manual?"
