"Scott is an extremely devoted professional. For the cost of a $150 service call, he did a DEEP dive to ascertain what was wrong with our dishwasher. When it was clear after nearly 3 hours that it could not be fixed, he reduced (!) the cost of his service call!! He then suggested we could purchase a new dishwasher at Menard’s the same day (w his recommendations) and he would pick it up, charge $50 to take the other away and install the new one. And he charged $150 for installation. So, he put in the better part of 5-1/2 hours + time to dispose of the older dishwasher) for $300. Period. And we had a new dishwasher the same day. I don’t know about you, but I did not know such service persons existed! On top of which, he was extremely personable! He’s a really good human!!!! So, he will always be my “go to,” and if you are fortunate, he will be yours too!"
