"I won't go anywhere else if I am not changing the oil myself. Been going here for years because it was the same price to have someone else do it for me as it was for me to do it myself in my last vehicle. Now, I will go back to doing it myself, but I did go here shortly after purchasing my truck to have everything looked over. Make sure you ask for them to check the t-case and diff fluid if you want it looked at, it is included in your oil change cost, but must be requested. Knowledgeable, friendly, and didn't try to sell me stuff I don't need (just the stuff I do need lol). However, when I refused to purchase a new air filter this time around (it is BLACK, definitely needed), the guy banged it out a little bit and then vacuumed it! Never had that happen before and very much appreciated! Thank you!"

"Went here on a Saturday for an oil change and one of the technicians alerted me of an issue with my belt, they were closing soon but the three technicians who were there went above and beyond to get the belt at their price and put it in my car. (I’m not sure if they normally do that stuff?) Will keep coming back to get my oil changes done here, 100% great customer service, really saved me from breaking down on my way back to the Eastside. "Randy was awesome. I pulled in right at 6 & they were closing so I felt bad, but they said they would do my oil change still. On top of that, there was an issue with my drain plug and I had to wait for a while but they made the experience great and I didn’t mind waiting. They also said they’d give me $20 off my next change.
