"Been going here since 2016 and never had issues, always had a pleasant time, and the people were always nice. I got my braces off in 2017-2018 and got permanent retainers on the top and bottom of my teeth and shouldn’t have to come in the office yearly for maintenance, but I have been since 2021. Dr. Harshman seems to not really care if you have concerns unless you have braces at the time of appointments in my experience. I’ve had to come here for the past 4 years every year and even less than a year apart the past two times to get my “permanent” retainer glued back on. (Same tooth a few times too.) It shouldn’t be coming unglued and eroding this much this fast. I had went to my appointment and told him my concerns and he really could give a rats butt less the way he comes off. He's insinuating that it’s me causing the glue to come off when that makes no sense at all. Only went here because it was the closest place to Portland when I lived here but now I live 50 minutes away so coming every year is ridiculous. I told him I would just go somewhere else and he proceeded to tell me that he gets ortho patients from all over which I don’t get why that matters but moral of this is he doesn’t care what’s going on in your mouth if you don’t have braces even if he already treated you and you need something fixed. If he does fix it he just puts a band aid on it. This is just my experience and I want people to know this after they get treatment in case they need things fixed."

"I am 17 months into my braces journey. I have extreme anxiety and Dr. Harshman and his team have always done a great job at making me feel comfortable. I ask a million questions at every appointment and they are always happy to answer every one. Any time I have had an issue with a wire poking I have been able to call and get in quickly. I even had a wire poking me on a Friday once and it was a holiday weekend, Shannda had me meet her at the office in 30 minutes and fixed my wire. I love how friendly they are and how they do everything they can to make your braces journey the best it can be! Looking forward to seeing my finished smile soon!"

"We so appreciate Dr. Harshman's office and how they take care of past patients! Our adult son was home for a long weekend when one of his permanent retainers came loose in threw spots. We called the emergency number and were helped later that same day. My son hasn't been there for 7 years but he was treated as a valued customer. If they hadn't helped us, our son would have had to go back where he lives out of state and had to find an orthodontist. We so appreciate having this taken care of here by someone we trust."
