Called today to confirm what day my appointment was and they couldn't find me in their system, told me it was "my problem not theirs" and were incredibly rude. Go anywhere else that doesn't waste 3 months of your time then treat you like trash."

They made time for the extraction right then and there. The extraction was quick and smooth. The staff are all amazing.
