Brad, Dave and the rest of the friendly crew were incredibly responsive and proactive with updates during the long wait for parts, etc. As a certified BMW repair shop, the repairs are done to highly exacting standards. "Beyond satisfied! Took my Mazda to Caliber after a minor mishap on some icy roads. Waiting on parts was the worst part through my experience and that is Mazda’s fault. I was kept informed during the repair process, with backordered parts and when they were anticipating that the repairs would be completed. I was worried about the paint being a good match, because Mazda has some of the hardest paint colors to match, but the painter did an AWESOME job with the color match, getting it to a near perfect match! I’m beyond happy with the repairs and will keep this shop on my list, as a top pick for any collision/body repairs that I need in the future!"
