"I used to stand by this repair shop, and I even referred family members here due to previous experiences with them. It was always positive. However, after calling the receptionist today, I was denied any level of repairs by the team. I tried explaining my circumstances, but instead of asking additional questions, it seemed acceptable to deny me service. Very unsatisfying considering how many good things I had to say about them in the past. I don't see why I would have to get body panels replaced if I'm paying for vehicle repairs out of pocket. I don't even think the receptionist understood what I was saying completely, but she didn't bother to ask any additional questions. Won't be returning here again, and I'm so disappointed that I can't get my vehicle fixed by a repairshop close to my mother's house for the holidays. Next time, I'd highly recommend asking your customers more questions before denying them Coverages. If I want a body panel with no paint, you're going to deny me service because you're "ford certified." Therefore, I must get the paint job? Again, out of pocket? That has nothing to do with a vehicles road safety."

"Pfeiffer Collision was the best auto shop I’ve ever dealt with. They continuously went above and beyond what a “normal” repair shop would offer. I don’t say this so other readers expect exactly what I got, but just know they will do their best to make this stressful experience as positive and smooth as possible. Here’s what I received from Pfeiffer Collision: Complementary loaner car: this was a huge blessing, because I don’t have car rentals covered under my insurance, but they offered to let me use a loaner car they had at that time. Of course, there’s no guarantee a loaner car will be available if you get your repair done here, but the fact that they offered one was amazing. I even had an issue with the loaner car, so Micah drove down and fixed the problem the same day to make sure I stayed on the road. This is superb service and something I’ve never experienced before! Continuous communication: every few days I would receive a text message and/or phone call with an update on the progress of my car. They stayed within the timeline they gave me, and when it came back it looked great. They also guarantee their work after, so if there are any issues—which I’m not expecting—I’ll be sure to get right back with them, and I know how they will treat me.
