"AutoZone on Plainfield sucks!! A man named Kevin was very unhelpful. I needed a new headlight bulb and he seemed like he had no idea what he was doing. I ask him to help me pick out windshield wipers because I wasn’t sure what I needed and he tells me two different sizes and just points over at the aisle they are in. I said “I need your help picking them out.” and he just stared at me. Another employee was tied up at the other register for close to 20 minutes and he asked Kevin for help figuring something out and again, Kevin just stood and stared at him and said “I don’t know what to tell you.” Meanwhile there were several people in line waiting. I’ve gone to this store for years but never again. Kevin seemed like he could care less. Ridiculous!!"
