"I would NOT recommend this company. They DO NOT stand behind their products. We purchased a Marvel Beverage Fridge for $1300 (+ tax) and within a year, the handle became extremely flimsy and tattled. When I tried to find the allen screw head to tighten the handle (like the way most fridge handles work), I could not find the it anywhere under the rubber seal. I contacted Marvel to see what I was missing and they told me that this product is a one-and-done product - meaning that I would have to purchase a new door because the handle became loose and they can't guarantee that it would not happen again. I have never heard of this before - especially for an expensive product like this. Ridiculous. The Plant Director offered me a 50% discount on purchasing a new door ($828). The door apparently costs over half the cost of the whole fridge. SAY WHAT? I would not recommend another product from Marvel. They do not stand by their products. This is an at-home fridge with minimal use and should not have come ajar that quickly. What's more frustrating is you can see the screw, but not able to make tighter because it is in the glass pane. Will never use them again and would not recommend. Additionally, shared this feedback with the retail store that I purchases from as well. The store agreed that they don't want to be known for selling a brand that does not have a strong customer support team with the ability to fairly problem solve. The only person worth talking to was the Lead Technician who did what he could to get us a fair deal - to no avail."

"DO NOT RECOMMEND! Working there or purchasing any of their products. Quality is horrible. Extremely toxic work environment that starts in management. Supervisors treat employees horrible,unprofessional and when a person goes to HR about their issues, they are fired, deemed insubordination. Worst company I have Ever worked at. Inadequate training, under experience in management. Blind leading the blind. If you are a good,skilled worker you will be exploited!"

"I worked here for not even three days before they fired me. They couldn’t even tell me themselves. To top everything off they couldn’t even give a legitimate reason on why all the said was “they just weren’t the right fit” like how is that even fair. They couldn’t give a reason, they could tell me themselves, and the best part is that I had to find out from my temp agency. I don’t have any hard feelings about being fired I’m just mad they can’t even give a real reason. You have 1 day of training and that is it. Your expected to do everything perfectly even though they give you not even 8hrs of training and then they get mad when you are not fast enough. Also god forbid you mess anything up or for get to put a screw in the right place because all that gets you is lectured. Again I don’t have any hard feelings about being fired I just dont get why they do the things they do to their employees weather there temps in or not."

"I bought a fridge and freezer, both of which broke multiple times within two years, and have had over a dozen service calls which still haven't been able to fix them. In addition to cooling issues, the design is also so poor that you can't tighten a loose handle on the fridge, it needs to be replaced, so it's currently held together with tape."
