"I highly recommend West Michigan Small Engine Repair! Just had a zero turn in as a "get running". Fuel change, battery, filter, carb cleaning and more...I was pleasantly surprised at the value! Service manager stayed late while I struggled with the other zero turn in the rain and with locked brakes. Professional vehicle intake and information management....detailed! And even at the busiest time of the year...fast turn around time...in fact shocking!"

"I will not be going back to West Michigan Small Engine Repair. I dropped my mower off in May, and it took 6 weeks(!) to get it back. After stopping in several times to inquire, the owner/Manager said that they would deliver when it was done. On the day it was finished, I got a call saying I could come pick it up. They did not deliver it as he said. When I arrived, no effort was made to "make things right"; I was charged full price and sent on my way. I get it... I am just a home-owner with a lawn. I am not a business. I only have 1 riding mower, not a whole fleet. This shouldn't stop basic customer service and trying to keep the customer happy. Given other choices in the area, I will not be going back there again."
