"Friday before Labor Day weekend our water pump failed on I-196 and left us stranded pulling a trailer on our way to vacation. Found Clutch Mechanical, spoke with Jim, and he assured us we'd be back on the road the same day. Three hours later we were back on the road. "A few weeks ago we were on our way to Wisconsin in our pickup truck with a trailer. Just before we got to Saugatuck we had a warning light come on and the truck was not charging. We got off at the next exit and went to the closest repair shop but they were short handed that day. Clutch was the next closest. We called and Jim said to come by. He looked at the engine, determined we needed a new alternator, had one delivered and replaced it. We were back on the road in less than 2 hours. Thank you JIm for the great service!"

"Jim was able to get me in for heat not coming out of vents on driver side. Turns out it's a bad heater core, and my vehicle isn't worth putting that high of a repairs into it. It's been backflushed and working now, so we'll see how long it lasts. Regardless, Jim was very good about explaining the issue to me, and I'm ever so grateful for his getting me in when others in the area couldn't do it for a week. I won't hesitate to go back for minor band aid repairs until my car dies!"
