Mi Driver Car Service

"If I could give zero stars I would however one will have to suffice. Before you try to say that I got the wrong service and that I need to check my numbers, I already know that this is the correct review for the correct company. I needed rides home from work and was quoted $35. To which I paid with a $10 tiphi added for my driver. On the third pick up a different driver picked me up and informed me that my ride home would be fifty dollars and not thirty five dollars. He also let me know that the reason is because they didn't realize how far it was. I'm sorry but this is a car service as you have stated in previous reviews. I would like to hope that you guys know what the distances are between places that you're dropping and picking up when quoting. The reason that they made the price higher was because the past driver told them I was tipping him ten dollars every time, and so they thought they could get in my pockets a little more. It's really a shame because Muskegon does not have Uber or lyft services for people. And I think that this company is taking advantage of that. I do not recommend these people for any kind of driving services. They are con artist and will definitely scam you out of your money.... Edit in response to company: So you're going to claim it was the wrong quote on your end? If that was the truth then I would assume you all would have corrected the price on my second pick up. Not bombard me as I'm being picked up from working all day to let me known of such change. You also expect my bf to then stop working his job to let me know of the price change and your mistake on the quote. You claim to provide a professional driver service to the public and that has even been your argument in other reviews left here. I find you all to lack professionalism and basic communication with your paying customers that keep you in business. There's so much wrong with your reply I don't know where to start first. Just to be clear...my drop off location you are saying you thought originally is also only a couple blocks over from my house so the $15 upcharge is still ridiculous and good reason why your third driver did not receive a tip from me. Not to mention he threatened to turn the car around and not take me home if I don't pay him BEFORE drop off like im a kid in trouble and i did something wrong! Terrible customer service with this company. You don't take responsibility for your mistakes instead blaming the customers and expecting them to communicate and run your business for you! Do better."

"As an executive assistant, there are times we need transportation on short notice and odd times. MI Driver Service was professional, trustworthy, reasonably priced, punctual, and dependable. They were scheduled to pick up a traveler at midnight. The flight was delayed and they waited until 2:00 am for the passenger. So very thankful for them!"
