"My elderly mother purchased a refrigerator here. Did not seal correctly and the owner stated that it was all on her. Would not take back or refund her money. Gave him cash, with a "no sales tax" discount. Do not recommend."

"Bought a washer from these people. It was Obvious the first time we used it there was something wrong with it. Found out the clutch is defective and has to be replaced. Starting to wonder if they sell used parts as is and then maybe charge you to come out and fix it? Buyer beware!"

"Bought the top brand dryer at their appliance store on Getty st for $300. The Maytag dryer never heated up while drying my clothes however they would get dry. Then it just stopped working about 2 weeks later, they had a guy named Don come to check it out. He jimmy rigged it to work again about a month later it kept causing my circuit breaker to trip and it will not stay on it keeps saying “PF” I googled it means “power failure” I also had a gas range installed into my home and the guy who installed the range for me told me that when it wouldn’t heat up or stay running the motherboard needs to be replaced and that I might as well get a new dryer! After trying several times to work them on getting this dryer fixed and running correctly. I realize now that the guy who installed my stove was right I got ganked and I need to just buy a new dryer I am so upset."

"Bought an all-in-one washer/dryer unit from this store and saved lots of money where new ones are over a grand. It gave us 5 years of service and he evaluated a repair on it woulds not be worth it. Gave us a great deal on a replacement being military and was willing to extended the warranty since the unit would not be used until summer, us being seasonal. Most used appliances give a week or less warranty, Jackson's does better than that. The owner is very down to earth and will fit your needs. We highly recommend this place for .buying and saving a lot of money on a used appliance."
